Dr. STONE

An enigmatic beam of light left humanity paralyzed and turned them to stone, leaving the planet desolate for centuries. However, greenery now dominates the landscape with sprawling forests and cities. Taiju Ooki is reanimated from stasis and reunites with his friend Senkuu, who seeks to investigate the root cause of the anomaly and restore the planet’s former splendor. While Taiju wants to save his lover, Senkuu is focused on the bigger picture.
They awaken Tsukasa Shishiou, a powerful figure, to help unravel the mysteries surrounding them. But they soon discover Tsukasa has his own motives. He sees the situation as a chance to rid the world of the chaos caused by modern technology and start anew. However, this clashes with Senkuu’s dedication to science, leading to an irreconcilable conflict between the two.
